Returns
With Nathalie Berzelius Stockholm you will always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase. Return costs will be at your expense. Please note that only products still in unbroken packages may be returned. You have to inform us of your withdrawal as soon as possible. Please send an email to info@nathalieberzelius.com containing name, address, email, order number and what products are being returned. Please return the product within the above mentioned 14-day period. Please send returns in a traceable package to:

All returns must be approved by Nathalie Berzelius Stockholm. Refund of approved returns will be done within 30 days of arrival.


Complaint
Please inform us at info@nathalieberzelius.com as quickly as possible if problem should arise with your product. Especially if you wish to return any product you find defective. Should we be unable to correct the error or deliver a similar product your payment will be refunded, according to Swedish consumer’s law. Any return costs will be at your expense.We reserve the right to deny complaints should they not be in accordance to Swedish consumer´s law. We follow the guidelines of Swedish Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
